01 About Me

Professional Profile

I build credible, competency-based systems for Bangladesh's technical and vocational education sector.

Over the past 13+ years I have worked across NSDA, BTEB, Swisscontact, Muslim Aid, UNICEF, UNHCR, ILO and other national and international partners. My work spans the full lifecycle — from task analysis and Competency Standards (CS) through Course Accreditation Documents (CAD), Competency Based Curriculum (CBC), Competency Based Learning Materials (CBLMs) and Assessment Tools (AT).

I have led the development and coordination of 114+ CBLMs across 19 occupations and 9 sectors, 35+ Competency Standards, and 95+ Assessment Tools, and I have conducted 160+ competency-based assessments in the ICT sector.
